Third, it’s about the efficient use of our members’ time; we get it done in just six meetings per year for three hours at a time.
Each session begins at 7:30 a.m. with a continental breakfast and opening comments and introductions. A strategic issue or topic is presented and roundtable discussion follows. Just prior to 10:30 a.m., future topics are discussed and the session ends.
They are suggested by the members and decided on at the end of each roundtable session.
Our members rotate hosting the roundtable meetings, so we have a chance to get to know each other and their companies that much better.
We meet six times a year on roughly an every other month basis.
We typically meet for three hours at a time, usually on Friday mornings to better accommodate our members’ travel schedules, except in the summer when we meet on Thursday mornings on a boat on Lake Minnetonka.
Each group is made up of 12-16 members.
Yes, new members collaborate with Jim Hartfiel to find the best fit.
If you can’t make a meeting with your group, you may join another group on a morning that’s convenient for you.
Yes, it is encouraged. Everyone has the opportunity to attend a roundtable on a risk free basis, such that you only pay when you decide to put the Winsights Network to work for you.
