Why Winsights?
The Winsights Network provides corporate leadership, CEOs, Presidents, Division Heads of larger companies and Board Members, with professionally facilitated, confidential roundtables on strategic leadership issues and organizational effectiveness, as well as human capital issues of the highest relevance to participants, providing members with enhanced best practice ideas and an expanded “go to” peer network. The Winsights Network roundtables are limited to a maximum of 16 invited Senior business executives in non-competing industries using a format that allows members to have input on the targeted discussion topics and provides ample time for conversation between peers. The regularity of the roundtables and yearly commitment allows members to build strong peer relationships and create a valuable “sounding board” that can be leveraged beyond the roundtable meetings.
Managed by Jim Hartfiel, the overall goal of the Winsights Network is to generate “winning insights” for you and the other members of the group. Jim previously co-founded The Presidents Network – a similar roundtable program for company CEO’s, Presidents, and division heads from some of the area’s larger corporations. He has been in the executive roundtable business now for 20+ years.
